Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or a replacement. 

Please let us know within a week of receiving your order if it arrives damaged. If you reach out to us after a week has gone by about a broken piece, we are not able to replace it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

- Seasonal items with less than 5 business days left before the holiday. For example, a Thanksgiving kit would need to be received by the Thursday prior to Thanksgiving to be refunded.

- Kit Curriculums

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returning Gifts:

If the item is a gift and was purchased more than 30 days prior, we cannot accept the return. 

If the item was a gift, please provide us with the name of the purchaser so we can locate the date in which it was purchased. After shipping it back to us, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of product, not including the shipping cost. Once the returned item is received, store credit will be issued so you can place a new order.
